CG reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Such changes will either be notified to you by email or posted on the Website. Changes in this manner shall be deemed to have been accepted if you continue to use the Website after a period of 2 (two) weeks from the date of transmission of the email or of posting on the Website, whichever occurs later.

Conscious Gems France Cancellation Terms


If you need to cancel…


Best option: 

  • Find someone to replace you for the 3 month period.


General Cancellation policy:

  • 2 weeks before we start or till May 30st / charge 50% of the 3 month or the PDC fee
  • From June 1st 2020 on, or any day later / we charge 100% of the 3 month or the PDC fee*. 

*This applies only for the 2 month plus the PDC special option


  • If someone gets sick for any reason, they should insure the trip and our booking fee in full!
  • If we as CG need to cancel the whole event before June 10th for whatever reason we will pay back the 3 month or any pre-installment minus 10% charge for our work, time and transaction. Small handling fee! 



  • Final confirmation and 50% prepayment till June 30st 
  • From July 1st on and any day later we charge the 100% in case of cancellation
  • In case CG needs to cancel the PDC we will refund the full amount minus 10% handling fee.
